The company was founded in 2020 by Scott Allen, OT and Jessica Scott, OTA as a home health staffing company to assist like-minded home health agencies. Working closely with our home health agencies, Top CareGivers will provide exceptional Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapies to patients in the Greater Houston and surrounding communities.

JESSICA SCOTT, OTA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Jessica attended Long Island University and Houston Community College and has been a practicing occupational therapist assistant since 2003. She has a strong and diverse background in a wide range of healthcare settings including: inpatient acute care, Rehab setting, skilled nursing, outpatient pediatric clinic, and Homehealth care.
Her specialty training includes:
Client centered physical rehabilitation, Stroke rehabilitation, Environmental modifications/ Home safety
Neuro developmental treatment, Sensory Integration, Manual therapy and Soft tissue massage.

Scott is an experienced and respected health care professional serving individuals in Texas for almost 40 years. As a licensed occupational therapist, he has worked in acute care rehab, home health, private practice industrial rehab and on-site rehab for various employers.

He opened a premier industrial rehabilitation facility in Houston and developed an industrial rehab consulting division that took him across the country to serve corporate and industrial clients with an emphasis on Onsite Rehab, Ergonomics, Pre-emoloyment Screening and Job Analysis.
​
Home health work came full circle in 2014 where he decided to get back to hands on clinical work and in 2020 partnered with Jessica to open Top CareGivers.
Scott's reputation as a skilled practitioner and experienced business owner makes him uniquely qualified to bring the best practices into the homes of TopCare's patients. He is equally trusted by the agencies they serve and the patients who welcome him into their homes.
